A: Keedex does not sell direct. Keedex products are sold through wholesale distribution to be sold on a retail basis. Our wholesalers are lock and metal fabrication product distributors. We have included a full list of our wholesale distributors on this website under the heading “distributors“. We will be very happy to assist you by phone or e-mail in selecting a wholesale distributor or local retailer who would be able to acquire the product(s) you require. If you are a consumer or handyman: Your locksmith has access to our products as a Keedex dealer (see our links page for further information).
A: The retail price list is available online. Check with your distributor for dealer pricing.
A: Keedex does not expect our distributors or dealers to carry our full product line, so we have a generous drop ship policy. If you find your distributor doesn’t have what you need in stock, ask them to drop ship the product to you (they do not have a minimum order to fulfill in order to place your order). Upon receipt of the P.O. we will generally ship within 24 hours.
A: Keedex does not keep track of what items our distributors carry on their shelves. We can however, let you know the distributors that purchased a particular item recently.
A: Orders are usually shipped same day the purchase order is recieved.
A: No. Keedex only sells through wholesale distribution and we have hundreds of distributors across the U.S. and several other countries, including Canada, Germany, France, and Austrailia.
A:Limited Warranty –
Keedex, Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship (excluding oxidation or discoloration) for a period of one year from the date of sales to the user. Our only obligation will be to replace the defective product or parts upon inspection, together with proof of purchase from one of our agents dated within the warranty period. We assume no liability for any labor charges regarding the removal or reinstallation of the products; nor will we cover any freight, postage or handling expense relative to the product. Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper installation are not covered by this warranty. Except as expressly stated herein, there is no warranty, whether expressed or implied, provided by Keedex, Inc. No other person has authority to assume any obligation or liability in addition to this warranty.
A: Of course you can! When you make your order with your distributor, make sure they understand you want to will call the order. This request should be written on their purchase order.
A: Yes, Keedex has a very liberal drop ship policy. Your distributor has no minimum order to meet, so even a small order can be drop shipped. Expect to pay shipping as small orders do not meet free shipping minimums.

A: Keedex has specific guidelines for becoming a wholesale distributor. Wholesale distribution must be your primary business. Initial minimum order is required. Call or e-mail for further information.
A: Keedex boxes are 16 guage 302 grade stainless steel.
A: Keedex uses 50-52 grade aluminum for our USA made aluminum boxes. The exceptions are made in China like our K-BXSGL-AL and K-BXDBL-AL use a thinner material.
A: Most of the Keedex steel boxes are 14 guage, hot rolled – pickled and oiled steel. We use this because it is a clean metal and does not rust easily.
A: All flex products starting with “K-USS” are 300 series stainless steel, Non-UL Aircraft Grade Type ISS.
